John Stump Joins the Stump Corporation

John Stump, a Chicago-based industrial real estate broker, recently joined The Stump Corporation in Charlotte, NC. John represents the third generation of Stump family members involved with industrial real estate brokerage, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Stump Financial Corporation was originally founded by his grandfather in 1972. John will work out of the Charlotte based corporate headquarters.
A graduate of Southern Methodist University, John Stump has built a strong reputation as a broker selling and leasing warehouses and manufacturing facilities.
Following two years with CB Richard Ellis in Dallas, TX, John joined the firm of Paine Wetzel in Chicago as a Senior Associate Broker. While in the Chicago market, John established himself as a creative and aggressive broker who worked tirelessly to help clients achieve the best outcome on all transactions.
