The majority of second generation industrial buildings are eventually sold or leased to companies or individuals which already have a presence within a 50 mile radius of the property. Our marketing methods assure thorough local and regional coverage plus continued follow-up with prospective buyers after the initial contact.
The Stump Corporation works closely with state, regional and county economic development professionals as well as local Chambers of Commerce, utility companies, railroad companies, consultants and other firms involved with industrial recruitment across the region. Our goal is to guarantee the widest possible exposure for the properties which we exclusively represent.
While no marketing effort can be guaranteed, we are proud of the fact that we eventually sell or lease 98% of the buildings which we take to market.
